Nice family hotel. Clean and neat. But they can do with better service and quick response. We had a problem with water leak in the flush several times. They repaired it but it surfaced again. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the Railway Junction.Food quality was ok.

Located close to the busiest streets of Tricel, this hotel offers best value for money. Eventhough this a pretty old hotel, rooms in one floor are renovated. Best price, good service & adequate facilities gives this hotel an added advantage. Only let down about this hotel is its breakfast menu

Stayed for one night... the rooms are clean & spacious but needs a renovation. had a hard time locating the right switches :P... The buffet restaurant is good and offers decent variety and quality of food (worth the money you spend). Location of the hotel is also good and near by some good eateries.

Though the room looks nice, the doors and windows are not sound proof and lot of outside noise creeps in. The best and pillows are not comfortable for good sleep. Totally filthy, absolutely everything! Window didn't even close so no security in room! Bedlinen felt damp, perhaps because the window wouldn't close! In the morning our clothes were damp also! Bathroom appalling! This was the best of the 4 rooms we where shown on complaining, supposedly an upgrade
