We picked this place after all the good reviews, but was disappointed!I had booked a premium room on the portal and when we reached was shown an executive room. Then after clarifying we were shown another spacious room. You could see dust and the bathroom was also not well maintained. To our luck, t

It was my second visit to this hotel, 1st was in 2019 I enjoyed immensely than the recent stay was pleasant and trouble free staffs was very helpful and made my stay comfortable. Missed their breakfast (restaurant was close). They assured me that it will be opened soon.

Stayed with my family in a cramped hotel. Cleaning is worst, torn bed sheets, toilet water stinking like shut and have to wash face and take bath in the same water. Asked to change the room yet the same complaint. The staff told that the water bore drain water mixes so the smell is coming. It's

In-sufficient parking, very congested locality, very poor room service, broken bathroom faucets and shampoo dispenser, booked room for 4 adults, got room with one single and one double bed. Extra bed provided and no blanket for extra bed, very uncomfortable with AC for extra person without blanket.

They are very genuine I experienced it my jewels worth in lakhs by mistakenly left in the room and v moved out of town. The staffs and housekeeping people's found and inform immediately. Good location, very clean and spacious room. Almost staff are very helpful and kind highly I recommend this hotel for everyone.had pleasant stay. Just bus stand and nearby to railway junction.very nice to stay

It was pleasant in staying in grande inn hotel. Check in process was fast. I stayed in second floor which was very comfortable and neat. The front office staff gave the information and tourist places in and around trichy. The hospitality breakfast buffet was excellent. Over all excellent stay.

Strongly recommend visitors to this hotel.value for money and very courteous staff.the food serves is delicious. The steak was done perfectly. The staff tried to make my stay very comfortable. A big task you to all of you.
