This hotel is located very near to central bus stand and the train station. It is also right next to a shopping mall - so that’s very handy. The super deluxe rooms are very nice and well worth the extra cash. Be sure to ask for a room on a high floor so you get a nice view. The vegetarian restaurant

This is a 30+ year old hotel and although attempts have been made to improve the facility and decor, it still falls short of expectations. Unclean rooms, practically no room service, no tissue roll in the bathroom, electric kettle unwashed (someone guest had boiled milk in it)!! No newspaper (when requested, was asked to buy from the bus stand). Ordered tea…lukewarm and tasteless! Restaurant shuts at 9.30pm so no dinner. A so called 3

Travesty of a hotel and best to avoid at all costs. Room lock doesn't work, pillow covers are stained, bath towels threadbare. Air conditioning unit is on its last legs. And the hotel service is sub standard. I would give zero stars if I could.
