The rooms are good and there are amenities including bath room amenities.Reception staff are efficient and polite.but the rooms are run down as the property is old.The restaurant orchid served buffet breakfast...small spread, no live counters.idli was very soft and sambar tasty

Unfortunately I found very poor maintenance. AC was not cooling , fan running at slow speed and bed lamp not working.Called reception. Mechanic came after some time , cleaned filter of AC , repaired fan regulator and adjusted bed lamp bulb.Bathroom floor tiles were dirty and fittings needed emplacem

Meals cost Rs00- 600 per person. Room are with centralised AC with on/off switch. Tiffen will be given as complementary. Wash rooms are good and well maintained. Water bottles also will be given in complementary service. Room service will taken half an hour to deliver food

During my Tirumala visit I usually stay with them. This was the fourth time with them. Staff is very courteous and always willing to help. Food served is also good. First of all it is not from ITC group - that is what the manager said. Most ridiculous and disgusting staff... Not a 4star at all as stated by MMT! Right from the bathroom, TV, fan, food to staff attitude (especially at reception) and service is so pathetic and terrible! Go only if you want to spoil

I was a bit apprehensive at first after reading some negative reports about the hotel, but it was totally unfounded.Right from Checkin to service to checkout everything was tip top.The rooms were clean and housekeeping was ready to help out for extra sugar, coffee, tea packets etc whenever needed.
