Staff were very attentive and as we arrived early we were able to check in which was good. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute ride from the airport, taxi and tuk tuk available at the bottom of the driveway, the railway station is across the rd & the sus station a 2 minute walk to the left.The hot

Well maintained & tidy rooms. Prompt service by staff. Breakfast buffet was good with wide spread options. Proximity to railway station ( hotel opposite central railway station - walkable) makes it an ideal option for those travelling by train.

There were not enough staff, mostly it appeared to me as if the hotel had a Skeleton crew working and this made sense because of the lockdown. The chef was very friendly and obliging, preparing unique Kerala dishes during our stay. Kudos
