Check-in was a bit not upto the mark. The two ladies at the reception had a problem in understanding English/ Hindi and had to take the help of another person to convey us that the rooms are not ready and will take time as we had reached early, around 12:30 pm. Ambience was good all around, location

Had a pleasant stay in tvm. Even though rooms and other areas need modification, hygiene part is well taken care of with limited and available resources. Will definitely visit again. Staff are good in offering helping hands to guests.

We were a group of people booked for two rooms. They have given one room Upgradation to a suite category which was their great gesture. Food provided was also very nice. All staff's were very pleasant carrying a smile always on their face. Thanks for the great hospitality.
