Hotel has a decent restaurant with room service only till 10.30pm not 24hrs. More like a three star hotel.Guest lift was not working & only service lift was working. Location could be better not on the main road but has underground parking for guests & drivers room. Service of hotel is good.

I had booked 2 rooms for my friends via online, who could get reimbursement on producing the original bills. But the receptionist refused to give hotel bill stating that I had booked online and not directly. Alas, my friends had to forego Rs 12000. Very sad. This should be looked into

they tell you one rate and charge a higher tarrif its advisable not to stay in the hotel as you can have better options near the railway station and airport.My experience was pathetic............

I had been to Ruby arena airport lounge at international terminal at thiruvananthapuram on 08.03.2016. The lounge in the departure hall in the middle portion in a nice location. Very gòod ambience. Though very small in size it has a great look. Food is tasty. Good hospitality.
