Very old property. No renovation has been done. I booked a deluxe room and upon checkin they said they don't have deluxe type category and only standard and fortune club rooms. But the online portals showing standard rooms and deluxe rooms. And the deluxe rooms are costlier than standard rooms. Sinc

The hotel room is in a bad shape and the staffs are very impolite. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had very bad stay experience. The pool is closed for maintenance and not mentioned in the booking site. When inquired about the same, they just replied to speak to the booking site. Felt that

Spa was too good to get a nice massage with steam bath. Located inside the hotel The South Park. Also, the body scrub made a big difference in skin after applying sandal wood oil scrub. First time experience, it was too good for me.
