The people here are really helpful and attend to complaints immediately. Mr. Amit, the operations manager there is super friendly. Their restaurant is opposite to the hotel and they provide room service from there. Food is served within 25 minutes of ordering. They help with car and tour bookings. T

We reached Udaipur in the early hours and the hotel ensured we had a room to check in at no extra charges. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.The rooms are beautiful with a lake view and the food is great. We had a great stay here,highly recommend the place to all travellers.

This is a three star hotel which has a view of fateh sagar lake by the restaurant. The hotel does have a palace like feel with all white everyone. However, the room sizes are tiny. This clean, well-appointed hotel is run by kindly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is pleasant, rooms spacious and convenient and the location close to Sagar Lake, shops and more. The WiFi can be slow but if you ask for help they get on it right away.The hotel is across the street from the restaur
