My parents (both senior citizens) visited this hotel during the Dusshera (Oct) of 2019 and had a wonderful stay overlooking the majestic mountains from the nature view room. The service provided was very good by the friendly staff of the hotel. Special thanks to Mr.Govind who take care of my parents

The service of the royal retreat is really awesome. They are taking precautions for covid. The rooms got sanitized and the food is also tasty.We really come again.it was nice experience being there. Will go there soon.

The best place is the reception area which is very decent and has a good collection of antiques, while the rooms are quite the opposite and there seems to be no synthesis in the interior design and everything is extremely gaudy and garish, seems to shout loud in your face.
