The staff at the hotel was very cooperative and polite. Value for money. The food was very hygenic and tasty and morever the rates were very reasonable. Amazing stay in ujjain. Highly recommended. Kirti and Shailendra were very helpful and polite about everything we asked for.

We had a great experience at hotel imperial grand. The location is great and you can easily reach the mahakal mandir in just 2-5 mins. The rooms are clean, hygienic and have quick room service. The staff, especially the receptionist Ms. Kriti was extremely polite and helpful.

The rooms are nice and clean and washrooms are also well maintained. The hotel is just about 2 km from Mahakaleshwar temple. The breakfast however is very average. The hotel does not provide hand towels in the washrooms for some reason so that's a bit inconvenient.

The behavior of this hotel towards the customer was very rude, we had two experiences, one in which we had booked three rooms and were told to open the room only after paying all the payments. And the second thing is that this hotel has a Valet parking facility, so when the hotel driver let us park

I really don’t understand how cum the rating of the hotel is more than 4 star. The experience is pathetic, it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Staff is rude. At swimming pool there are no towels…in fact no safety precautions…not even a sign mentioning height of the pool. No tea coffee maker in the room,
