Overall service was excellent, staff was very courteous and prompt. Arpita ma'am helped us with Overall arrangements and as discussed at the time of booking, the actual arrangements were way too good and beyond expectations. We stayed in Room No 4002 from 15 Mar 2024(Check In) to 16 Mar 2024 (Check out). The condition of the room and the amenities is pathetic. I have attached nine annotated photos as proof. Worst experience of stay in this hotel. The room which I booked from agoda was not given to me. Gave me double bed room instead of executive room. And couple of staff members I checked in general also mentioned that the building I was staying in have only double bed rooms. Also specifically Manager

We lost items from our room when we were out at the temple for darshan. On complaint we were out rightly told that it was our mistake and that the items we claimed lost was not brought by us. Horrible response from the hotel. Will not recommend this This hote to anyone

The rooms, bath and sheets are clean. The view from the rooms are amazing and relaxing. The bed and pillows are comfortable and soft. Had some of my best night rests in Mittal paradise ujjain. . The staff are amazing and very courteous and always ready and willing to help. Be sure to ask of Mr. Umes
