I recently stayed at this hotel on the same day visit, liked it. everything was perfect except a few minor things but yes they need to focus on hygenic issues, proper cleaning and staff should be more professional especially in housekeeping and other back offices. The rooms are good, spacious, food

Excellent resort to stay in ujjain. We are enjoying a lot. We enjoy food. Very comfortable room specious room are there. Enjoyed swimming pool and game RB commented it do our friend and family pay slip thank to ,(Mr Sushant restaurant manager) he Guided about the dishes during dinner.

Room washroom cleanliness very poor. charging points not working. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty , Switches broken loose. Dirty buckets in the washrooms. The arrival and departure experiences were hugely disappointing. You arrive tere after a drive of several hours, and just as you have stopped your car to see where is the parking space, there comes a serurity fellow with a bellowing whistle shouting that you can not park there. No offer of any help

Pathetic Service. Came into the hotel and were received with no smile or respect. Were asked for ID with such disrespect that I was ready to cancel the booking. Had come for a religious trip which my wife was looking forward to and so kept quiet. My wife specifically asked if they have hot water on

Worst experience. Toilet flush was out of order. Musty smell in campus. Rude behaviour with driver. Not recommend ever for stay in Ujjain. Room was not properly before check in. Charging hefty but either electric kettle was not properly working or electric socket was faulty.

I stayed at the hotel for a night with my mom and I must say it was a memorable stay. The property, the location, the staff and the overall ambience is top class. We had to check out early at around 07:00 a.m. in the morning and inspite of that the staff made sure that they packed yummy sandwiches
