The hotel rooms, ambiance and facilities are good. The hotel is located very centrally.The service was good and courteous.We wished to have a dinner in restaurant, but we were told that restaurant provides only buffet dinner. So we had to order through room service. The food was delicious.Negatives:

It was an awesome experience in this Covid time. I was in dilemma to select hotel. But the way Mr Dinesh explained the protocols and handled booking until my departure after 5 days was really nice experience.
