I would like to Rate this hotel 5 out of 5 for their Wonderful Ambience and staff! It was a 2 nights stay for meeting prospective clients and Marketing for which they ensured the best Board Room was Provided. It was Zero Disturbance Room and the meet could be completed without any disturbance. Food

Staff is least bothered about their guests. Never had such a bad experience in any hotel. Starting from check in procedure. Rooms were not ready upon arrival. Said 2pm is check in time. Fern residency is like second home to me whenever I am in Vadodara for workVery nearby to station walkable distance. So much food option nearby kamatibaug nearby.This hotel is very much near to station still you don't feel disturbed inside rooms.Breakfast is best. Also restaurant menu is satisfying.
