Excellent services and amazing hospitality. There's a variety of food options in the banquet, all prepared extremely well. Atish was the manager we spoke to and he ensured that we get the best options suited to our requirements. We as well as our guests had a good time!

One of the worst customer service by a hotel chain. If you are in Patna, look for any economy hotel for better service. When you enter you are greeted by an arrogant staff (Mr. Dheeraj) at the reception. Your luggage takes forever to reach you room. A coffee order takes 45mins. In their dining hall
