Though an off season we were here for a small family outing . Covid protocol was followed , personalised attention was given - specially the dining team , great food and neat rooms with all amenities . Good wifi and neat hotel . Value for money.

Beautiful and comfortable stay. Isha, Sumana, and Gaurav at the reception are warm, friendly, and helpful. Chef Rajju pays attention to your unique dietary requirements. Cant think of much that went right. Mostly downsides. Its now called the Ramada at Katesar. They initially refused to provide us with additional keys as they stated that only one is allowed. We stayed at Ramada Ramnagar for 4 nights. . No welcome drinks are offered. The location is far off, out of city, inconvenient and lot of traffic jams experienced on commuting to hotel. Ghats are far off and traffic snarls take away a lot of time in commuting to and fro from the hotel. The ro

The staffs are the backbone of this hotel especially restaurant team. They try their best to make you feel home and serve the guests amazingly. 5 star to the team and Satish Dubey (one of the most courteous staff). Overall hotel is average and not at all a 5 star category due to the following:Hotel

The reason to avoid these so call VIP rooms is if you have an elderly person then it’s very difficult as there’s no lift & steps to go up & down. We requested them n they showed us a smaller room which was of course not better. ALSOTired we landed late & the room … but went in the hotel restaurant f

What can I say? I arrived at this hotel with a group party, presently touring through India. We were all made very welcome and, as a solo traveller within the group, I was always made to feel well looked after by the staff for the two nights we were here. Nothing was too much trouble for reception
