This is a wonderful hotel, both in terms of facilities and services, definitely a feather in the Best Western Cap! I did my booking through their global website (which provided me the best rate!!). We couldnt get an early check in, but the check in process was fairly smooth on arrival. The Front off

The room was well equipped with all the amenities and house keeping staff was very helpful in maintaining hygine in the room breakfast was very healthy and tasty. Vinay from front desk was so helpful he even arranged bike for medical purpose. I am happy to meet such a supporting staff really enjoyed

House keeping and staff politeness is good - Bibi and lakshmi Lavanya room ambience toiletries were maintained hygienically. And you can book this hotel through easy go at a cheaper price and early check in was a gift for us. Vizag trip good.

Visited Visakhapatnam for a day on 14th Oct and found this hotel; We requested for early check and they so welcomed it and offered it without any hassle. Their service especially front desk staff are superb. Been to few hotels in Visakhapatnam but never such a comfortable feeling. Kudos to Tej Vivaa

Best Experience at rates I booked this facility. the Stay was made special by hotel staff especially Mahalakshmi, Soumya, Meenakshi by their prompt response to any queries and questions from Booking till exit. I recommend this hotel as I found it centrally located from east to west side while travel
