The Hotel was good but not as per 3 star standards. We got extra mattress instead of extra bed, Later they placed a extra bed with uncomfortable mattress after multiple calls. I booked this hotel considering its online reviews on Trip advisor and other sites. I travelled with family and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Staff is very supportive and responsive. My kid enjoyed the food served in hotel. Room service is also good. Location is also good as its near to RK beach.

Location of the hotel is pretty convenient and that's the reason we selected it for our stay. The main issue is the slow response time of all staff starting from reception to house keeping to room service. They take a minimum of one hour for any requests. On the positive note their restaurant food

The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of the city . The rooms are small but comfortable. Though the room is well maintained, the bathroom needs maintenance.
