The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are quite comfortable. Bankey Bihari temple is only 5 mins walk from the hotel and the main market is just at the edge of hotel.Service though can be made a little better.The good feature of this Hotel is walking distance to the Famous Bankey Bihari Temple. Very good situation near city center. Quiet, large and clean rooms. Good bathroom. Good service. Payment facilities (credit card). No wi-fi. Restaurant needs to improve! no clean (rats!!!) and food could be better.

5 members of our group, myself included became sick after a meal here. It was a tough place to be sick because overall the hotel was very dirty. In the hallways I saw piles of trash not picked up, the stairway was filty, the elevator was filthy and the room was questionable. It was a rough place

they are chargin as a 5 star property and service are worst just imagine they dont even have extra pillow to provide. there is no kettle or tea making set in room. no in room amemities lying in yhe room only one sub standard soap and shampoo lying. at time of check in they promised us they have 2
