The room service is horrible. They don't change the linen or pillow covers, the same used towel was folded back on the rack. Very poor wifi connection. No hospitality except the free breakfast which is a compliment.

I visited this hotel with my husband and couple of friends ,as soon as we entered we wanted to leave.We got a welcome with very arrogant receptionist.They wanted Rs.2500 in advance for each room,when we objected they were adamant and said they informed us over call which was complete lie .They haven

Booked 10 days in advance.But on checkin room not ready.Waited for one hour and reception lost the key.No phone in room no water to drink no hot water in morning.AC does not work properly.WC not maintined.Pl avoid

Beds were uncomfortable.They do not accept international cards, so you have to get cash to payBathroom was not cleanTable and chair provided were dirty.Disappointed.Breakfast was decent but they could not figure out how to put the charges on the room.

I had expierence with all the Hotels in Warangal and Landmark stands out. Rooms are very clean with Hot water and Central A/C's. Linen is also very clean. I visited this hotel on my business trip, the receptionists are such an illiterates they even don't know how to receive guests. Apart from their rude behavior they don't know how to respect customers, Hospitality of this LAND MARK Hotels team is the really horrible. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY

I stayed there for 2 nights , well maintained hotel with spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and wide corridors. Good food. I would say this is one of the best places to stay in Warangal. Value for money.

Stayed in the suite for a couple of days. The a/c konked off in the night and the cleanliness of the bathroom needs a lot of improvement. The food is quite good but a little spicy. Room service is quite fast.
