Hotel staff is very good. Food in restaurant is delicious, fresh and hygienic. Room service and housekeeping staff are up to date and nice in behaviour especially Kamal ji from housekeeping is very nice in nature and do his work efficiently.

nice hotel and I he staff is very friendly from restaurant to housekeeping. The housekeeping team always took care of us and made sure we have everything available. Especially three staff members from housekeeping Parvej, Narayan, Shubham. And Pushpender from facility team.

Good Ambience at Hotel. Good Behavior by Hotel Staff. Mr. Gulab Singh and Ranvir Singh Behavior is outstanding among others. Housekeeping Staff is demonstrated good work related to room cleaning and bathroom cleaning process. Satisfied.

The food was good and on time but when I asked them to pay the bill by dineout they added the service charge, that is very weird for such reputated brand. When I asked to waive the service charge they refused. Please be aware guys they have this bad traits
