Yesterday we had an engagement function of a relative in family in B1 banquet in the hotel. The hotel when asked for matress for some ritual was outrightedly denied that we do not have with us, it was strange to hear a 4 star property didn't had it. I always stay at this hotel, this time it was 2nd time in pandemic. They are following all the precautions and my stay of 7 days was absolutely perfect.Highly recommend them. The room service and house keeping guys are very propmt and front desk guys are very understanding.

The experience at The PL Palace was amazing. They made our stay at Agra as comfortable as it could get. The services provided were top notch. I would like to give a big shout out to Miss ZEBA who made sure my stay was memorable & comfortable Food served by MIP is Extra Ordinary!! Totally recommend
