Location is perfect and the property is good and maintained. Staff is good but only managed by 2 members. Hot water not available in the rooms and water also goes off if the water tank above cottage becomes empty. You have to call at reception mobile number for that (No intercoms).One need to order

With two infants we felt we are at home. Philip, the owner has given this resort a personal touch, takes care of guests like his own family. Food is freshly prepared & organic. A very well maintained, neat & clean resort.

Hi all, I stayed in the garden facing cottage for 3 days. A nice nature resort spanning over 2 acres of land, beside the famous Punnamada lake where the famous Nehru Trophy boat race happens. Individual cottages surrounded by lush greenery. The resort is situated about 10-12 km from railway station.
