Property is good but services are pathetic. As rooms are too far from Restrorunt and other facilities, if you call buggy or any other services it will take 9-10 follow up phone calls. even if ask for any other room services it will ages to come. Restaurants food really disgusting, really bad quality

We stayed here in the heritage suite which was pretty large with all modern amenities, rooms were placed on top of the lake, the entire resort has an aesthetic beauty and the service was also prompt, staff were cordial and the reception was warm, only area where they need to improvise is their break
