Surprised to see the Hotel management completely ignorant to Covid.None of the staff was wearing Mask, not even in Restaurant. However Room service staff was an exception.The manager was so arrogant that inspite of reminding him twice to wear mask, he did not put the mask on. (Photo attached)I hope

Hotel is good, I stayed there for a night but Staff is ill mannered and is not courteous. Guys be careful with the access card of the room, even after depositing the same, the people at reception told that they never got the same, in minutes in front of my eyes. I was asked to pay a fine of Rs 500/-

This was in March 2013; Kumbh time. The room allotted was crampy, the service was awful and the lobby was leaking (it was raining, if that is a justification). I checked in late night and check in was fast. Room was neat and good. Had little problem in switching on TV channels. Reception promptly responded and sorted out. The hotel is centrally located with a view of High court.The rooms are good, but would have been better if there would have been more sunlight(may be my room).The quality of food is very good . Overall worth staying.

It relatively a new hotel equipped with modern amenities and ambience. Walkable distance from Allahabad high court. Reception staff needs to be trained on guest handling. Breakfast quality could be further improved.
