hotel staff is good, room is large but slight smell is found , staff spray the room freshner but after some time smell is coming. one staff found drunken . location is backside the main street, family room having no himalayan view

The reception manager is a gentleman. Man with few words, so do not bother him with several questions you may not get satisfactory response, but the other staff members are quite easy to have a conversation. Nevertheless, we appreciate the manager for accommodating our request to reschedule our book

It was a terrible experience. We was on a one trip for Jageshwar Dham Temple. We have no idea about Jageshwar, so we decide to halt at Almora to refresh and bath. This hotel is basically meant for conducting functions like weddings. With a big hall, dining room. Rooms are very average, of medium size. Neat and clean, clean toilet, a small balcony viewing Almora town. Service is good, so is the Manager, a helpful one.

I stayed here for one night. Room was big enough. Staff is cooperative. Its in the city near share taxi stand and also to bus stand. I am not sure if they have room service as i ate outside. you get share taxi to Hladwani/kathgodam and also towards Gwaldam side near from this hotel

Our last destination of our Kumaon 10day trip was Almora. The hotel was beautiful with good service. We stayed in 1st floor and it had beautiful verandas overlooking the road. the area of hotel too was serene

Stayed here on 24/05/2017.Room was good and spacious with balcony.Staffs were cooperative.But there is no restaurant attached to the hotel.For food one have to walk a long distance which is the only drawback of the hotel.There is enough space for car parking.

Room service very low quality.bathroom durty.bed is not clene.towel 1 pics.front view good.nearby market is not large.Room me pillow ganda hain,bed cover bhi gandi thi..otherwise its ok..........Thank you
