It is on Mall road, which is a narrow dirty road, very congested. Executive room was comfortable, a balcony gives view of Almora. Food quality was good, but Kumaoni dishea are not available, although menu has it.

I find this hotel really good in terms of accommodation, room rate and service. The hotel is located at the heart of the town. We travelled in a group and stayed in double bedded rooms at level 1. The most terrifying and horrific time of my stay was when I was inside the hotel. The rooms and the restrooms were smelly to the fullest. There were stains everywhere even in the super deluxe rooms. The restaurant was no exception, cooks were the horrible and couldn’t cook. We had pre-planned meals

Pathetic downgraded people with 0 sense of hospitality it's a shame such people even exist in today's date. They're outright arrogant and rude. I hope good for all and never choose this stay with malicious people running the hotel if you wish to experience kumaon in true sense.

We wanted to check in, but opted out due to the extreme rude and offhandish behaviour of the reception person. He was reluctant from the very beginning, despite having empty rooms and a no-rush hour. We were ready to check in but were left quite helpless with the uncooperative attitude.

i stayed during my transit and it was the realy best property in almor. Rooms are clean very nice restaurent service was excellent very helpfull staff special thanks to mr k.n was very warm and honestly he always helping with us.thanks for all staff. we no have plan but i come back some days.
