Hotel is nice...located at easy reachable place..near market...service is fine and food was good...happy to stay there....Will recommend anyone who is going there.... but if anyone needs serenity view hotel then it is not for them.... prefer hotel in outskirts...

The rooms are not maintained properly, the furniture were worn-out, there was no cabinet/dresser, the towels & bedding looked pretty old. Of course, as a low-cost "budget-hotel" in an old city like Alwar you don't expect much! It was disappointing that they charged Rs 300 per night for a room-heate

Very nice place to stay n Very good hospitality given by the staff. Places are very near from the hotel...one should definitely visit alwar n stay in this hotel and feel comfortable and good experience during the stay.

Rooms were not worth more than 800 and 1200 for bigger ones.Basic emenities were missing.Small size rooms has small beds.Other rooms has train like passage way.Food prices are so high.Pathetic ............

Good stay with facilities and staff behaviour good. Kamlesh & Shikha behaviour good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Near to market. Located in main city & it's my second time stay. commendable Hospitality

Sheets have likely not been washed in a month. All the linens are covered in stains and are dirty. Location is fine. Floors are clean. The hotels rooms are very cold day and night since there is no heating. I would recommend staying in one of the nearby hotels instead.

Its a nice budget hotel in the heart of the city.The room size was pritty ok and Tv and Ac was there in the room.Though the services was not up to the mark but spending a night in a hotel is not a bad option if you are on a business trip or solo.

Since, it was late checkin we had no option but to stay put. The place was not economical but cheap. Loud music and disturbance till late night from the bar on the 31st night that disturbed the family.To add to our misery Bed linen was filthy. Housekeeping was a concern so was the ambience. Only sav
