I booked with Agoda, executive king with Xtra bed. When reached found it is a average hotel & location also not good. It is inside a small gali approx 25mtr where only 1 car can pass. After seen previous review for breakfast we opted for only room booking option. At 5 am, all lights and fans of whole hotel off due to load shading but hotel staff not started Gen Set. When I asked for start of Gen Set, Attendant locked main door and run away. Management is very careless for reviews

I had a very pleasant stay at sparrow inn hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly especially Mr Arshad who helped in every way possible to make our stay pleasant. The hotel was good and room was clean. My only recommendation to hotel is that it need to work more on dinging experience and food quali
