Everyone is very nice and looking to serve! From the front desk folks to the room cleaners, all are pleasant and helpful. We had the same young man (Saptarshi) cleaning our room and he was accommodating the entire time we stayed. The executive lounge is a comfortable place to relax and read or chat

During these challenging Covid times knowing that your room is exceptionally cleaned and sanitized is critical (for me). Mr. Saptarshi and Mr. Kousik’s cleaning and sanitizing services were extraordinary. I felt safe and at ease knowing that my room was adequately cleaned. :-)
