I travel a good amount and have stayed at a number of Ritz location across the world, but this one has the best service by far. The service is not only great at the onsite restaurants but the room attendants as well. They went out of their way on several occasions to ensure I had everything I needed

Great location, beautiful and clean rooms. What makes this place even more special are the staff who were very generous with their time and were always ready to go out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as they can. Various safety measures are in place in response to COVID here. Maintenance

From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. Chef Sandeep and manager Mr Mahesh Narayan were both very kind and made sure the food came to the table temperature hot not cluttering with many dishes at a time. Excellent food and taste. Thank you Ritz team.
