hotel is located at very near to KIIT and KIMS University. nice decorative lobby, they served Buffet breakfast and in house restaurant , very helpful staffs are cooperatives. new linen with other amenities, hot water, elevator , ac room with Tea Coffee maker in the room , over all stay was good

Very good hotel, little parking issue that is also solved by hotel staff, fantastic, value for money. It is nice decorated, so clean, interiors are excellent. I just loved it.Location is also so good, all kind of food, restaurants, hotels , shops are available just walking distance.

The hotel is nice, service is prompt and the rooms are good. They have upgraded my room from Oak to Maple. Maple room is spacious. However, TV is not working at room no. 201, they have tried to update the cable network recharge but failed. The items of breakfast should be improved.

Hotel and staff is nice and everything is perfect room dining is also fast and only one problem I face with the WiFi but everything is perfect

Stay was very comfortable with my family. Breakfast was complementary, nicely laid with some varieties to choose from.

The staff are good and cooperative. Rooms and washrooms were hygienic and clean. It was a comfortable stay of 4 days and perfect if you want to drop your ward to KIIT campus which is just walking distance from the hotel.

Overall good. The pillow cover was a little unclean. Other than small details which can be rectified very easily by calling the reception, the service was excellent.Staff was very polite and helpful .
