We were a couple with a teenage kid and had planned a 3 nights family holiday at Vivanta. Right from the time of check in, we had the most wonderful experience. The hotel was flexible in giving us an early check in as our flight from Delhi reached Bhubneswar at 9.30a.m, there were lot of sanitizers

Spotless experience indulged by a lavish buffet spread at breakfast and amazing hospitality will ensure the best of experiences. It's a lavish property and a new one too. The staff behaviour is courteous and the rooms are of decent size. I'm yet to try their bar out but will definitely do that.

Poor food quality and service. They ask for 20-30 mins for basic room service items such as sandwiches and can’t deliver even within their stated time. The front desk did not keep checkout/billing ready despite a request in advance.The rooms are basic business hotel rooms. The bathrooms are tiny. A

This is a newly opened Taj hotel in Vivanta category. The rooms are adequate and provide a good view from the upper floors. However the food is relatively expensive even by Vivanta standards. I was told that this is one of the most expensive hotels in Bhubaneswar and especially for Vivanta category

I have stayed in this hotel two times. I had to check out early on my first visit due to some personal exigency and hotel charged the one night room rent as penalty. They didn't offer complementary airport drop in return of that.In my next visit, Hotel Manager Kabir provided me flexible reservation
