I stayed here for 4 days . The place is brand new and luxurious . ITC Welcome hotel listing on the internet is indeed good and appears to be a great place even from the entrance. While the reception staff are pretty good at handling check in formalities, there are a list of things that still need to be improved for this hotel to do justice to the ITC brand name it
