This is a large hotel with accommodating staff at every level. I stayed for three nights and was very impressed with every aspect - room, restaurants, pool and gym.My 4th floor room was spacious, clean and quiet. Grand is not only in the hotel's name but it is all over the place here. The reception staffs, the housekeeping staffs, the food service staffs and all other staffs are really co-operative and really responsive. They were just a call away anytime.The rooms were clean and tidy with all the toiletries

I commend the excellent service and hospitality of the GRT team. Suganya from the reception had been such great help. She always looked into out needs and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I am a regular at Grand by GRT and this hotel has always been my go to hotel when in Chennai. My only comment

The hotel needs upgrade as dirty carpets and getting quite old. Not worth staying at that property. Feels risky in these times. Also the whole breakfast and they way seating is laid down is very sad. The toiletries in shower are very basic and very budget hotel types with very basic soap and shampoo
