We booked the Mauve room for a wedding reception at RainTree and the booking process was fairly easy as the banquet manager was very helpful. Food was very good and the hall / facilities were good (being a 5 Star hotel venue) for the relatively higher price we paid for better quality. Thanks to Rain

Stayed one night and found the hotel to be quite satisfactory. Hotel including room was clean. Staff were able to communicate in English. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, that makes it's accessibility easier. The stay in this hotel made me happy and the staffs are really guest friendly and they value each of your needs. I am a girl stayed here alone for 3 nights and the security assured by them was great.

Located on the main road through Chennai the hotel is centrally located but you need to take a cheap Uber to beach. The clean and efficient subway train is close by which also goes airport. The staff here are excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. Very nice modern hotel with three restaurant
