D'Polo is one of the best 4 star hotel in dharamshala. I stayed here for 2 days and I literally enjoyed my staycation over here. We were welcomed with a Kaada (Immunity booster in this pandemic). As everyone know novel corona virus is spreading in the country at its peak me, my wife and my son got ourselves tested , we came negative and we booked our reservation with them . We stayed on New year eve of 21-22 with three families. The hotel is little far from city but it’s a large and spacious hotel unlike other smaller hotels near city centre with ample parking space. The services are little slower and food is not very tasty too. Menu was limited and repeating. Sound in

Requested for fresh towels but still stinking napkins and towels and service is so poor that they take 30-40 mins for house keeping. Food is also ok but not recommended. Rooms are spacious but service is poor and when we check in there was no towels and napkin. We requested several time to Mr. Sunil

The resort is located 6 kms before main Dharamshala town and therefore no restaurant or other resorts etc are there. The service is pathetic. I was allotted an under maintenance room which was stinking badly, linens were not changed, cockroaches and other insects were there in crockery and electric

Comfortable Stay with amazingly delicious food. Special mention of Executive Chef Khem Singh and his team for serving homely delicious food.Keep it up. Rooms are hygienic and there is ample parking space...indoor and outdoor play activities are available too.... Will definitely stay again...
