We had a great 3-night stay at Ramada. The rooms were large with an incredible view of the hills. The breakfast buffet boasted a delightful spread and Tshering was a very warm and friendly hostess. The gym was also very well-maintained with a person present at all moments in case you need assistance

The service is impeccable. Special mention to Tshering who was excellent in the restaurant.Location was also tourist-friendly The quality and pricing of the food could be improved upon.Rest everything was really good.

Extremely bad!!! I highly recommend everyone to change their hotel preference to anything but RAMADA GANGTOK. The rooms have a very bad odour and the food quality is below average. The food is not served in the main restaurant but some banquet(to a executive room guest). Also the manager's behaviour

Excellent & the most POLITE staff and service especially during breakfast by Keshav!! He went over and beyond to offer and serve us some piping hot millet dosa and took his time to explain the ingredients. The breakfast bar even had fresh vegetable juice! There was a little noise above our room 3rd

It was a short stay and largely to spend the night. So did not use all the amenities. Hence its not fair to give 5 star rating.
