Best services by staffs, and the food was also good and rooms are cleaned, hotel was located in the MG Marg only which is very good where you can sit relax at the evening time. Hotel, food and staff was good. Their attendant arranged cake for my wife’s birthday also they decorated my room as a complimentary package. Must stay if you are visiting Gangtok. Main advantage is that hotel is neat MG marg. Hotel’s receptionist Phurmit was very kind humble and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel between 22-24 Apr 2023. We had booked 2 rooms for 3 Adults and 2 Children. The hotel is located at MG Marg, right in the middle of all the action. The market, ropeway etc. are at a walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shops all around. Though we did not eat at the hotel's

I stayed from 25.10.24 to 28.10.24 in this hotel. I walked-in but booked online as I was getting cheaper deal from their official website. I booked Deluxe Room which was very small. I was allotted Room No.32 on the 3rd floor, there is no lift in the hotel.The washroom was the tinest I have ever used
