Let me divide the review in to multiple parts:Rooms:We took family room, these were good and economical from a family with 4 peopleOverall rooms need a little maintenance as they are showing their age now but overall it's good. To begin with the rooms were absolutely clean and the staffs were beyond helpful and easy to approach. Meals were quite good and was quite satisfied with the overall quality service that was met. Hygienity was well maintained keeping in view the ongoing pandemic everything was done with utmost care.

A well located hotel but poorly managed with ill trained staffs. The hotel has reopened with Fern brand after the earlier Summit brand closed. The staff right from reception to the hotel GM Amit Mishra itself don't maintain any decency with the guests. Right from checkin only their poor service stan

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, there weren't basic amenities like toiletries provided. House keeping was utterly slow. The wifi's signal strength was very low. We visited Summit Denzong in Feb. Hotel is located at a good location near to MG marg although its a steep 200 mtr approx walk while coming back from market to hotel.
