The check in process was smooth and initially we were given room 207. Room 207 had two problems, first the flush leaked water and secondly the shower was also completely broken. When this was informed to the front desk the room was changed to 202. Room 202 was better being bigger in size and the the

The Hotel uses the name CLARKS. I wonder if this is the standard at Clarks. The room allotted had remains of hair of previous guests, fan dirty, floor tiles chipped off, broken furniture, dirty bathroom (please see photographs attached to show all of these). I had stayed in the hotel with family , two rooms , on the night of 28 4 22. I have paid the entire bill and charges, Bill No 955,956, and 957. The cleanliness and services are poor. The corridor is littered with used plates and leftover food and foul smell. There was no hot water available, The pe

Can you imagine a hotel with no water? Yes it happened here. Right in the first hour of our check in, there's no water in entire hotel and best part is nobody has an answer. Front office manager says give me 15 mins.Why there's nobody from engineering doing preventive check?? No answerNot just thatS

My stay at the hotel was nice . The hotel kept every safety measure and is even in an improving condition. Moving on to the staff they have been helpful, cooperative & everyone in the hotel were following all the norms adherence by the government.

I had a great stay at this place. Their room service was good and the food was also delicious. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is located in the center of the city so it's easy to go to different places from there and their pick and drop service is really nice.

centrally located. huge property. rooms are very spacious. it needs little bit maintenance. in breakfast whole lot of choices there. service is very good and staff is polite and responsive. more cleanliness is required in common area and in lifts.

Clarks Grand Gorakhpur is good hotel. Well maintained by the staff & managers. Front office is always available to help. They always asked about the stay and comfort and knew my preferences. Overall stay was amazing. Would like to stay again.
