Located in midst of city has all locational advantages.Rooms are good and tidy.Goound floor restaurant is quite popular for its spicy food.parking available. Sadly breakfast starts at 9.00am with very limited variety.Overall satisfying.

It was a great time in Gorakhpur but night stay was not so entertaining at the hotel. No wifi. Tariff is not worth its facilities in Hotel. Untidy wash rooms. Bedding not fresh. Food very good. However breakfast available very late which is not desirable.

Stay i this hotel was one of theworst experience as the rooms were smelling like a cheap lodge and the food quality was not suitable to consume. Cockroaches were there roaming freely. Thought he location is good with Railway station and Bus Station nearby but the stay is not impressive rather pathet

overall my stay at this hotel was good. it was just overnight stay with my family but i found this hotel very safe for families and room was good. the location of this hotel is handy and do not find any challenge to find the property. Service was good.

In four months on the road, this is quite the worst hotel in 18,000kms, in a grimy, grubby ganster ridden city which is in the armpit of India. If you end up in Gorakhpur, arriving from Nepal too late to move on as we did, dont be deluded by the impressive facade and avoid the Park Regency in Civil

Booking here is a great mistake. The rooms are invaded with cockroaches, the price is expensive. The bed is DIRTY and so on!!! I regret to stay here even if it was only one night. Try to find another hotel because this one is a bad experience.

The rooms are pathetic esp the bath-room, it stinks, the bed sheet was badly stained. The ambiance of the room was of low category. Geyser non working. The staff is not friendly at all.
