Well waited for 2 hours to get a lounge menu. For a 3 star hotel its really not what you expect its better to opt for 4 star by paying 700 more atleast you will get the promised amenities. Its a headache to keep to calling and asking for the same request. Asked at 6pm evening its 10pm still waiting

We went as a group. The hotel manager lacked proper manners and were extremely unhelpful in check in. There was a party going on in the hotel and due to the music, the rooms were literally shaking due to vibrations. Staff didn’t help us with the luggage
