Hospitality, Food, Room, bathroom, and the cleanliness was all great. Special mention to the staffs working there, very friendly and caring. The complimentary breakfast was very filling, wholesome and amazing including its taste and quality.

The food was good and there was lots of choice, the staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. Would recommend to others staying in Guwahati - the location is central and it's easy to get around. I was staying alone and always felt safe.

The hotel was nice and clean and very peaceful. Location was also great. But there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Lots of precautions need to be taken to avoid this menace. Also, the bread served in breakfast seemed stale.Staff was friendly and polite.

Umal is a very affordable, secure and clean homestay. The environment is very homely and the location central. The staff are well behaved and helpful.
