I was a walk-in guest and your night duty manager (I can't remember his name) was very helpful and efficient in booking me a room and checking me in, which I appreciated given it was late. Rooms are very expensive when compared to the facilities and services provided in this property.Even after charging a very hefty amount, Breakfast is served with very limited choice.Only basic items are made available in the wash room just like any budget hotel

Pre booked for dinner with family. Reached on time.Would have been ok if the reception had said to wait as none of the tables were vacant. The quality of staff is dismal.My contention is that if they cannot give a table not can give time , they should as well not take bookings.Very disappointed

This hotel is approximately 24kms away from airport. Rooms of the hotels were good, but Air Con was major problem. Water was leaking from air con as well as from bathroom wash basin. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping and front desk staff was co-operative. Try to use ola or uber for local travel. It's
