There are a few positives about Kalyaniz though the place would not rank high overall.While located in a key city area, the main location and approach is through a narrow road which could get congested. Transport within the city is not an issue with cab aggregators being available.The room size was good and it was clean. The lighting in the room was annoyingly dim giving it a very dark/ dingy feel

The Hotel is newly done with all the basic facilities. Kept tidy and neat and the location is also good. Staff is helpful. The only drawback was Breakfast food variety and taste in the morning, very limited options, need to improve and bring it to at par with this category other Hotels.

Room nice and clean , location also good the service are excellent, but minibar is empty, the stuff behaviors is very good. It is brand new hotel. This hotel maintenance is too good, so i will come every holiday. Thanks a lot.

The hotel is a business hotel at hengrabari road at Guwahati. A decent hotel with reasonable amenities in it. We stayed for couple of days and it was pleasant. The breakfast spread was ok ok. The rooms were good sized, the room service quick. Overall a good experience.

I booked the hotel from Treebo Hotels and stayed at the Suite Room. The room is very clean and spacious with superb interiors. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well ventilated. The hotel seems to been launched recently and the restaurant is not fully operational. Hot water takes a lot of time and since there were not many guests checked-in, the breakfast turned out to be an ala-carte.

Myself and my wife stayed at this place overnight. Very good rooms, very good service, very good food and exceptionally good staff. Had dinner buffet at an unimaginable price - decent spread and good quality. They packed our breakfast the next day morning.
