Is simple and friendly..this is a new hotel in guwahati and they have tastefully made it. Been a pleasant experience and is a great hotel.stuff are very good and yes food was awsome..hope to visit again.......

it was my first visit in guwahati i really enjoyed. my stay was so wonderfull lovely food clean room and very courtesy staff specially Mr. Nasir he was great hospitalty and very helpful.he guiding me about guwahati and northeast.i really recomended to my friend.

Good room service added the friendliness of the staffs,nice food and the room was very spacious...overall an amazing weeklong experience!! sure to visit again on our next outing...n highly recommended for thosr who r looking for good quality but slightly cheaper stay.

I booked a room for a night stay here in D'Sapphire. Oh.... What a horrible experience. The room was good but the staffs are so outdated and their way of talking is so "Bangladeshi" type. The General Manager Mr. Acharjee is no less than a Chaiwala type. The food also so pale and tasteless as if I wa

Visited on 11. 08.2018. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Reception guys are ok. I would gave 4 star but the bathroom was not cleaned properly as one can see the pics.. Secondly I had to asked them to change the bed sheet as it was not changed

We stayed here for two nights, room was of decent size and clean, staff was cordial, food at the restaurant was quite good, breakfast was also quite good though with limited options. Overall ideal for a short stay.

We were two families on our way back from Meghalaya stayed here for a night. This is not a flashy or class hotel, but convenient for a short stay over(falls under mid-range budget). Stayed there for 3 days , food was nice, room were specious and the best thing is the Hospitality. I even get to know the guys more closely, especially Tarpan Borgohain & Wasim Firoz. They never said no for any kind of help.I'll recommend the hotel to everyone specially if you are on a business trip

Hotel is very good but it is good for non vegiterion not for vegiterions, because for non veg they have a very good menu but for veg persons they don't have much options, rooms are well and good, nicely decorated, neat and clean
