Had a wonderful stay at this property in March 2020. The location of the hotel is prime with all amenities close by on GS Road. The view is also wonderful with panoramic views of the city. The staff at reception, housekeeping and the restaurants is also amazing, making you fell welcome and at ease.

Had a very satisfactory experience. The staff was hospitable as well. Nice clean rooms. Hotel authorities are taking ample measures to keep the rooms and public area. As a guest felt safe understanding the kind of sanitizing steps taken by the hotel staffs.

They have charged us 3k extra on bill for the beers which was included in the room. We booked 2 rooms with beer bucket. While checking out my friend paid the bill without looking at it as I was out for an event. Now they are not refunding the amount.
