Worst hotel experience ever. And the best part is it wont make any difference in there attitude and service. You rate it 1 or 5 no one is really bothered about it. No one cares about the guest. Rooms, bathroom, corridor, everything is really dirty and in pathetic condition. Even the linens used are

I had stayed at this hotel for one night . The hotel was located just opposite of the Howrah vegetable market and it is very near to the Howrah railway station. Room was average with basic facilities. Room service was average . The Nepalese security guard was very helpful. Food quality also good . T

Toilets were not working..even the suggested to use bucket.As per my advice never ever visit this hotel.The ambience of room was not right but the room was big in space.But if you want to have a good stay do go to other hotel.This hotel is on cheaper side but whatever money we provide we should get
